RACE AND TRACK INFORMATION
At Dirt Heaven Hobby and Raceway, we feature indoor electric off-road racing and outdoor gas and electric off-road racing. We always have sufficient pit space, but we ask that you please limit your space to as little as possible on busy nights to avoid problems. Also, we have just bought the AMBrc transponder system, so you can now use your personal transponders. Handouts are still available if needed. Along with this system, we use RC Scoring Pro software.

INDOOR OFF-ROAD TRACK DESCRIPTION
Our indoor off-road track approximately 68' x 40'. The dirt is a clay/topsoil mix to provice a hardpack surface that won't break apart.
The tires of choice so far have been Team Losi Pink Bk Bar or J Concepts Gold Bar Codes in the rear of truck, buggy, and 4wd. BK Bar tend to be faster, but harder to drive.
On the front, Custom EvilTwin or Square Fuzzy Fronts (R3 compound) buggy, Team Losi pink tapper pink work well on truck, and Team Losi Pink Taper Pins work well on 4wd.
Our track layouts usually have a few descent sized jumps, some smaller jumps, some high speeed turns, and some hairpin turns, and large elevation changes. Occasionally the tracks will have washboards or moguls. If you are planning on coming out to race and would like some more information to help setup your car, please feel free to call or e-mail us.
OUTDOOR OFF-ROAD TRACK DESCRIPTION
Our outdoor track is 115' x 70'. Common truck and buggy tires are Team Losi ifmar pin, Step pins, and Pro-Line Fuzzies or Mini Pins. Common 1/8th scale tires are Pro-Line Crime Fighters or Step ups. We topped the track with the old dirt from our indoor track to increase the traction for this year, which worked great. The dirt packed very nice and hard. When moist, it provided a ton of traction and even grooved up if there were enough cars racing. If it was very hot and dry however, the track would be hard with a fine layer of dust.
HANDICAP ACCESSABLE
Our shop and track area is fully handicap accessable. Our indoor drivers stand has a low slope ramp, and we have lower tables for handicap pitting. Our shop and track is also equipped with wide doors to better accomodate both wheelchairs and those of us who just have a ton of stuff to bring in.
