TRACK POLICIES
Dirt Heaven has many racers of all ages. Because of this, we have set some common rules that must be followed.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING POLICY
Dirt Heaven is proud to be a non-smoking facility. If you need take a break for a cigarette, please be curtious to others and step outside. Alchohol is allowed on the premesis, but only by those who are of legal age. However, if you are abusing this privilage and displaying inappropriate conduct, you will be asked to leave.
FIGHTING
Although we have never had a problem with fighting, we must have a policy in place for it. Any people found to be fighting on the premesis will immediately be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse enterance to any of the involved people on the premesis in the future. If necessary, the police will be called.
VULGAR LANGUAGE
Please remember that we have young racers here and also some people that may take offense to vulgar language. If your language becomes a problem, you will be warned and asked to leave if necessary.
RACE DISCREPENCIES
If you have a problem with one of your races, wether it is your fault, our fault, or another drivers fault, you must take it up with the race director AFTER your race. Verbal fighting on the drivers stand during OR after the race will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to penalize you however we deem to be fair.
CAR NUMBERS
Although we have a transponder system, occasionally they can fail. Please make sure you have the correct number on your car during your race. Incase of a transpoder failure, we will continue to count manually using these numbers. If you do not have numbers, we will not be able to count your laps. We will not restart the race in this circumstance unless the race referee says so.
THEFT
Anyone caught stealing the store's OR someone else's property WILL be immediately reported to the police and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. For your security, our whole facility is under 24 hour video survalence.
COMMON SENSE
Use common sense. Dirt Heaven operates in a very relaxed environment because we have not had any major problems. Please use your common sense when at the track to keep our facility a fun family based environment.
